Universal 32-65" Plasma/LCD TV Tilt Wall Mount for 32" - 65"
This mount features heavy gauge cold-rolled steel for a stability and security. The mount profile is 1.4" in the flat position yet provides for up to 25 degrees of forward tilt. The exact amount of forward tilt depends on the size of your TV. Typically a 32" unit can tilt the full 25 degrees whereas 65" units are limited to about 15 degrees as at some point the bottom of the TV touches the wall. Dual barbell type adjustment knobs lock the angle of tilt on each of the two display brackets. The brackets mount separately to the display allowing for lift and lock installation.
Universal Fit
The universal design fits the vast majority of 32-65" TVs. Specifically it will fit any TV up to 165LBS with a hole pattern up to 28" horizontally and 19" vertically. This includes the standard VESA 100, 200 and 400 hole patterns. The mount does not fit VESA 800. VESA 800 has unusually wide mounting holes which are 800mm (approximately 32") apart horizontally and is used by certain LG and Philips units.

Installation Information
The wall plate has a very large rectangular 5.2x29.6" opening for cable management. This can accommodate a standard US electrical outlet which is 4 3/8" tall. Mounting slots each 1.3" wide run along the entire top and bottom of the 30" wide wall plate. The 30" width of the wall plate is narrow enough to be concealed behind typical 32" displays and allows for the wall plate to span across two typical US studs 16" center to center. In addition to the four wood screws provided for anchoring into the studs, this mount also includes two toggle bolts to secure the corners of the mount where they overhang significantly from the closest stud to prevent any flex or instability in the wall plate. Most competing mounts do not include the extra toggle bolts. This mount will also span across studs on 20" and 24" centers. This mount does not span across three 16" studs. Additionally, certain 32" displays with separate or bottom mounted speakers and with minimal frame bezels may not completely conceal the 30" width of the wall plate.
